| Barbara Russell completed her training in the Cordon Bleu Cookery School, London in 1981. She did private catering on a game estate in Cambridgeshire, England, for a year. In 1982, Barbara was head hunted to work in Coolmore Stud where she did the private family
and corporate catering. Barbara started her catering business in 1990. The business has gone from strength to strength growing in size
and number of staff over the years to become the leading special event caterer in Tipperary.
